We use standard formatting for phone numbers in Fitabase. You’ll see this when adding information to Participant Details.
In some countries, if you’re actually dialing the number on a phone, a 0 may be required in front of the phone number. In our system, you’ll remove that 0. If you have any questions on what you should input, email us at hello@fitabase.com.
If you need to use international phone numbers, please let us know so we can change the phone number field to accommodate those. Once we’ve made those updates, you’ll just make sure to add “+(country code)” before the area code of the phone number you’re inputting:
