Connecting a device to the Fitabase Engage app for use with the Garmin SDK is straightforward, but you may occasionally run into issues with this. 

Below are some ways you can approach the problem and get started with collecting data sooner: 

  1. Restart your phone and your Garmin device 
  2. Toggle Bluetooth off then back on for both your phone and your Garmin device 
  3. Uninstall and reinstall the Fitabase Engage app

In this scenario, the participant will need a new code to get back into the project. Be sure you’re able to share a new code with them before this suggestion is given to the participant.
